About Grégory Garnier

 

Grégory Garnier is a Partner in Bain & Company’s Middle East office and a member of the firm’s Telecommunications, Media and Technology Practice. He joined Bain in 2003 and has worked in the firm’s Paris office.

 

Grégory has nearly 15 years of industry and consulting experience, advising leading telecom and technology companies on their strategy, as well as transformation programs.  He is also a specialist in advising private equity firms that invest in these industries. Grégory has a Master’s degree in financial mathematics from Paris Sorbonne University. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique Engineering School and ENSTA.

Tom Springer is a Partner in Bain & Company’s Boston office. He is a member of the firm’s Customer Strategy and Marketing practice and Telecommunications, Technology and Media practices.

Tom is co-leader of Bain’s Advanced Analytics Group. His focus is on the use of customer analytics to develop and execute breakthrough organic growth strategies. He led Bain’s global Customer Experience and America's Service Operations practices from 2008 through 2013. Tom has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Princeton University.
